Lee and his wife, the former Beverly
Faulks, class of ’57, have three children and five
grandchildren. Son,
Scott (47), has two boys (21, 18) and lives in
Cheektowaga. He is General Sales Manager
for Castle Software, which offers an internet based regent’s student
review program for middle schools and high schools. Son, Jeff (45), lives in
Indianapolis and is a
woodworker who specializes in high-end custom doors. Daughter, Wendy (43), lives
in Bartlett,
IL, and has three children; one
girl (13) and twins (10), boy and girl. Her husband is Regional
Manager for American Music Co.
Lee is retired and says, “Thank God”, after 42
years in the insurance business. He had an agency in
Kenmore for 20 + years and moved to
Venice,
Florida in 1983. He established the risk
manager’s position with
Sarasota
County and then set up
his own agency again in 1986.
In 2002, he sold the agency and returned to the
Buffalo area in
2003. They have a
summer cottage in the Thousand Islands area
where they spend most of the summer. Lee enjoys fishing, golf,
and woodworking. He
also served for 12 years on the Board of Directors with the Sarasota
Coastal Credit Union and is presently group leader for the WNY
Restless Legs Syndrome Support Group.
